Teen Challenge Delhi is a registered charitable Society. It is governed by a Board of Directors and administrated by an Executive Director. Apart from the Board of Directors and Advisors, we have a team of Committed Staff and Volunteers to carry out the task of Teen Challenge. The Core Team Members are:
Lalu Varghese serves as the Executive Director of Teen Challenge Delhi. His passion is to reach people with Life Controlling Problems and deliver them from the clutches of addiction. Lalu's vision is to establish model Teen Challenge programs and train committed men & women for the ministry of Teen Challenge in North India.
Besides Teen Challenge responsibilities Lalu serves as the Secretary of the North West District of Assemblies of God of AGNI, and also serves on various boards and committees.
Lalu Varghese is an ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God of North India. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science & Business Management from Delhi University, Master of Divinity from Southern Asia Bible College and pursing Master of Theology from TAFTEE. He enjoys teaching, counselling and mentoring.
Bablu James is with Teen Challenge since 2011. He came to Teen challenge with the passion to reach out the troubled youth with the love of Christ. Through sports and computer skills within a short span he could reach hundreds of such youth and could make a difference in their life. Because of his hard work, today, James serves as the Project Director for Teen Challenge of Delhi.
Along with the Teen Challenge responsibilities James serves as the Pastor In-charge of Hope Assembly of God Church, Hastsal (A Church planted by Teen Challenge). He also serves as the Presbyter of West Delhi Section of North West District of Assemblies of God. He received his Bachelor of Theology from Central Bible College, New Delhi and Bachelor of Social Work from ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY. With his positive approach James is playing an important role in transforming and building young lives.
Moses Samuel is our Project Director for Teen Challenge Jammu & Kashmir Today he leads a beautiful Adolescent Rehab Center in Reasi, in the Valley of Jammu. His desire is to establish a strong Teen Challenge outreach programs in Jammu and Kashmir. His ministry passion is to work among young people who are affected with life controlling problems in schools and colleges.
Samuel holds Bachelor of Theology from Central Bible College and pursuing M.Min and Diploma in Counseling. His friendly nature and musical talent attracts young people to open up and share their problems. Moses is a great motivational speaker widely used across in India to conduct camps and seminar for children and young people. Through his life and ministry many broken lives are being touched by the power of God.
